Our story
Travel Tribe started in March 2023 as a small Meetup group. The idea was simple: get outside, move together and make outdoor trips more fun and more affordable by sharing them.
People came, loved the fresh air and the good company, and told their friends. Our Meetup group now has a 4.9 ★ rating from 175 reviews, and the community keeps growing, on our website and on Instagram: 60+ events, 500+ travellers, 25+ nationalities so far.
What we do
We organize outdoor trips that start in Berlin, so you can leave the screen and the city noise behind:
- Day trips to trails, forests and lakes close to Berlin
- Weekend trips into nature across Germany
- Multi-day adventures in Europe, including the mountains (coming later)
Hiking, camping, biking and running. 🥾🚴 We plan the route and the logistics. You just walk, breathe and enjoy.
How a trip works
- Pick a trip on yourtraveltribe.de.
- Book your spot (for 1 to 4 people).
- Pay by PayPal or bank transfer.
- We confirm within 24 hours.
- Join the WhatsApp group and see who is coming.
- Meet at the station and go! On day trips we usually travel by Deutschlandticket.

Meet your organizer
Hi, I'm Aditya P., founder and trip organizer of Travel Tribe. 👋
I'm an engineer by training. I studied in Germany, and I live and work in Berlin. I love being outdoors and traveling.
I started Travel Tribe as a social entrepreneur, and it just kept growing. Since then I've organized 60+ events and hosted 500+ people from 25+ nationalities.
The idea has always been simple: bring like-minded people together and create a comfortable space where people can really connect. As an introvert with social anxiety, I know how many people would love to travel but don't, because they don't have the right company. That's exactly what Travel Tribe is for.
I also know how hard it is to plan trips next to a 9-to-5 job. With Travel Tribe, you just show up. We take care of everything else.
