Booking and payment

You book online and pay the full price up front by PayPal or bank transfer.
Please put your booking reference (e.g. TT-0042) in the payment note.
Your spot is reserved once you click “I have paid”. We confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your money.
After confirmation you get the link to the trip’s WhatsApp group (joining is optional).
Waiting list: if a trip is sold out, you can join the waiting list for free. If a spot opens up, we contact you in order of sign-up with a payment link. Please don’t pay before we offer you a spot.
Travel Tribe is a small business (Kleinunternehmen): prices include no VAT (§ 19 UStG).
Free trips: your booking is confirmed right away, no payment needed. If you can’t come, please cancel (button on your booking page, or by email) so someone else can take your spot.

Each trip’s cancellation rules are stated in its description.
All cancellation requests for paid trips are reviewed individually and processed according to those rules.
Free trips and unpaid bookings can be cancelled instantly.
Full refund if we cancel a trip.
How to cancel: click “Cancel my booking” (or “Request cancellation”) on your personal booking page (the link is in your booking email) or in My account. Bookings that are not paid yet and free trips are cancelled right away. For paid bookings we review your request and confirm the cancellation by email; your spot stays reserved until then.
Refunds are sent within 24 hours, at the latest within 3 working days.
