Neuschwanstein Castle
Neuschwanstein was built in the 19th century for King Ludwig II and looks like it came straight out of a storybook. White towers rise from a forested rock above the foothills of the Alps, with lakes and mountains all around. One of the most famous castles in the world, and every bit as dreamy in real life.
